Independent municipal deputies demanded the termination of the "Moscow case" and called on all citizens to participate in mass support of political prisoners.
The statement was adopted at the V Congress of Independent Municipal Deputies, held on October 3 in Moscow.

Russians, we can improve our lives! I have an idea! Thoughtful citizens can support me in appealing to Vladimir Putin and collecting signatures for a petition so that he, using the Constitution of the Russian Federation, dismisses Dmitry Medvedev and appoints Grigory Alekseevich Yavlinsky in his place - he has the right to do this any day (!) - and if the deputies of the State Duma reject the proposed candidacy three times. Then the President has the Constitutional right to dissolve Parliament!
Since Putin does NOT HAVE a Program: he says one thing, then does something completely different, and Russians are "standing at a crossroads", not understanding what needs to be done so that "life does not pass by", but becomes Worthy, I draw attention to the fact that a Tool has appeared that can change everything, but with YOUR PARTICIPATION.!!!
