Due to the opening of a Correspondent account of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Alma Ata, holders of 3% Loan bonds need to deposit the bonds into a special account with Sberbank, funds cannot be withdrawn within three years."..
..I understand that the Republic of Kazakhstan, the authorities, that is, specific people - President Nazarbayev, she decided to keep the money that was sent to Moscow to the USSR account!..
And the fact that Nazarbayev was pounding his chest: "I am the last President who was for the USSR..." is empty populism!..
The USSR was destroyed by the Presidents of the Union Republics who DID NOT SIGN the Novoogarevsky Agreement proposed by Mikhail Sergeevich Gorbachev!
Remember, after THAT, the Emergency Committee arose - the "August coup"... It was an attempt to solve by force the problem created by the Presidents of the Union Republics, who were satisfied with the usurpation of power in their "own" country... Of course, I myself was against any forceful decisions! I protested in public places and transport, and took part in a rally that took place in Orenburg, where I was at the time, reading out the decision of the rally... I understood that time was already working against Mikhail Sergeyevich... I remember that under his rule Article 6 was removed from the Constitution of the USSR; to be nominated as a candidate for deputy at your place of residence (where you are better known), where there is no INFLUENCE of governing bodies, nomenclature, which used to be at meetings in labor collectives, where everyone felt the possibility of influence from the management of, say, a factory; it became possible for the labor collective to ELECT the plant's management (up to the director himself) - then a situation was created in which Everyone was beginning to realize that SOMETHING DEPENDED ON HIM!
...Now the government has done EVERYTHING to MAKE EVERYONE UNDERSTAND THAT IT DOES NOT DEPEND ON HIM!
The gubernatorial elections were canceled, their terms of office were extended, the barrier to entry into the State Duma was increased, and the rate of participation in elections was removed - only relatives of candidates can vote to elect the government, while the ENTIRE POPULATION ignores the ELECTIONS! They have subjugated the courts and the media, NOT REALIZING that THE LACK OF DEMOCRATIC mechanisms and the "tightening of the screws" are creating AN EXPLOSIVE SITUATION IN THE COUNTRY!
The NATIONAL QUESTION must not be exploited!!!
It is necessary to create a LEGAL SOCIETY! PROTECT EVERYONE'S RIGHTS!!!
